Our Services. J&RJPainting delivers Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Residential Painting, Deck Painting, Paint Removal, Power Washing, Drywall Finishing. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Account Closure. J&RJPainting reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. J&RJPainting makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will J&RJPainting's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify J&RJPainting from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. CO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
